91.121 Stowage of passenger service equipment

• No person shall taxi, take-off, or land an aircraft equipped with--
  • (1) any passenger food and beverage tray, or table; or
  • (2) any passenger serving cart; or
  • (3) any viewing screen that extends into the aisle--
  unless that equipment is secured in a stowed position.
